Patrick Caudle is busy getting everything together for When the Lights Go Out — his film about House of Fools.  Here is a video he put together awhile back for Time

This is a picture from our show at Webster Hall in NYC.  We have plans to come back north in May and are going to hit some more cities this time, so keep an eye out for those dates!  We’ve scheduled a couple really special shows in the next two weeks.  On March 9th we are playing an acoustic set at DAWNAROO.  The show is at The Blind Tiger in Greensboro and proceeds go to benefit the Cone Health Cancer Center and Dawn Brown.  The following Saturday is St. Patty’s day and in true HOF fashion, we’ll be playing.  This year we’ve decided to cover the Dazed and Confused soundtrack and will be doing it at Greene Street Club.  Also, make sure that you get your tickets to our shows with Tea Leaf Green at the end of March as they may sell out!  See you all on the road!

North by Northeast

We’re leaving today for a short stint of shows up north.  It’s been a minute since we’ve played NYC and New Jersey and we can’t wait to rock the city that never sleeps!  Next week we’ll be in Wilmington, NC, so we expect to see all of you beach bums out as well.  Also, this just in — on March 17th (St. Patty’s Day) we will be at Greene Street in Greensboro doing something we’ve never done — House of Fools performing the Dazed and Confused soundtrack.  Cool right?  Check the shows section for info.  See you mugs!

2012 starting off right

I cant believe it but its been a month since the record came out and I think its just now sinking in.  We are all so stoked for it to be out and I must say, it feels great! Thank you to everybody who has helped us and to everyone who has picked it up so far.  We appreciate the positive feedback.  It took forever, but we are so pleased with the end result.

Our last two Greensboro shows were awesome and we’ve booked some dates this month for New York and New Jersey, so check our facebook or web page for details. The first month has been a great start to 2012!  Thanks everyone!

Blind Tiger this weekend and more…

Make sure you get your tickets for our show at The Blind Tiger this Saturday, Feb. 28th!  Supporting the show will be our good friends Future of the Party from New Jersey and The Backburners from right here in Greensboro.  Tickets are still available HERE.  This is the one year anniversary of The Blind Tiger’s new location, so it’s definitely going to be a huge party!

We also have some east coast spring dates which we will announce very shortly.  Keep checking in!
